Well Mr. Tynan, I'm glad you asked. I was in the city for the 4th and my volunteer friend threw a little barbeque and even without knowing my my pyromaniacal history, she asked me to be in charge of pyrotechnics for the party. I think this hair gives off the "this guy seems f*cking nuts, we'll put him in charge of blowing things up" vibe. She was expecting sparklers for everyone. But as I'm sure all of you know, when it comes to fireworks, I can't go small. So I went to the market, dropped some cash and put on a great show. It's kind of nice in Bolivia, you can set off fireworks in the middle of the city under powerlines and no one even says anything!
Ranz's fireworks motto: "Go Big or Go Home." I think I saw that on a high school football t-shirt one time...
